Pocket Rocket Safety Tips
Before your new Pocket Rocket Ride, there are a few important safety tips you should observe. Obviously these are not universal, that is, you should use a little common sense and follow the manufacturer's recommended safety regulations as well.
The number one rule, as expected, is to wear a helmet. This alone is not enough in the common sense category. Any vehicle that you should not be worn with a helmet strap with a safety belt while driving. Whether it's a bikeMotorcycle, moped, pocket rocket, or by bicycle - head protection should be the top priority. It does not much influence to crack your skull if you are an adult or a child.
Wear elbow and knee pads. In the event of a crash, you'll probably fall with the bike down and no more than walking into a still object. Knee pads are the most important, as "dragging a knee is a common way to take fast corners, we do not need to convince you not to drawHer bare knee on tarmac we do?
Do not drive on public roads. While we are happy to fall into the "common sense" category, the majority of people do not follow this rule. This 24 "tall pocket rockets were not meant to be driven on the street. You do not have tags, indicators or a horn. They are tiny compared to the already difficult to see motorcycles, and you'll probably never hit by a car seen that you are coming.
Do not do the crazy stunts. This is a breeze, but often unfollowedSafety tip. It only takes a YouTube search for "pocket rocket stunts" to some of the things that you probably should not do when you see your security value. Not only do you hurt, you can potentially injure or kill innocent bystanders. In addition, your Pocket Rocket jump probably not purpose built to handle objects and riding wheelies added, the wear is likely to damage the bike.
In summary, the most important safety tip on the common sense to use. In addition to thetips above, avoid excessive speed (they call these "rockets" for a reason) and remember that others around you are at risk. Wear a helmet, if nothing else. Brain injury is permanent, while hides your elbow is not. Have fun and stay safe.

| Review by Ana M. Rivera (USA) 2010-02-13 This is a cool ride for your preteens. My daughter saved up her babysitting money and I added a bit more for her X-mas present. She loves it. Unfortunately for bad weather she hasn't had enough time to ride it but as soon as weather permits she will be off riding. Good size too. She is tall and can fit in it just fine. Totally recommend it for your... Read more Razor iMod Scooter reviews | ||

| Review by Lil Walking Fire (CO USA) 2009-12-28 This looks like a sturdy scooter. If your children like speed this is the right scooter for them. However, the seat may be too high for short children. I tried it myself, I am 5'3" tall and my feet barely touches the ground to help me balance. It didn't look that tall on the photo. | Review by (USA) 2006-01-26 I got this scooter for my 11th birthday. Unlike a lot of other reviews, this scooter's charger works just fine. The problem is the wheel. The back wheel is plastic so its not as "sturdy" as the rubber one. After using the brake on the scooter for a few days, the wheel skidded off!I would seriously not reccomend this scooter.
